Meet Dr. Christal Morris
My passion for all things ‘human’ began at an early age. I have always been culturally inquisitive. I found myself in Mexico learning Spanish in high school, immersing myself in Asian markets while working for a global Semiconductor organization, working in Europe, understanding the cultural nuances between Europe and the US, and striving to help others feel like they belonged, right where they were, just as they were, with who they authentically were. Living my life authentically is the only place where I have found true joy, in spite of the many obstacles that make their way.
I am extremely grateful for the opportunities that have been afforded to me, to do the much needed and satisfying work in Human Resources, Talent Development, Sustainability, and DEI.
